We offer a convenient door-to-door wash and fold service. Schedule a pickup online or by phone, and we'll collect your laundry from your doorstep, concierge, or another safe pickup spot. We operate 7 days a week with morning pickups and afternoon/evening deliveries. Generally, the earlier your laundry is picked up, the sooner it's returned.

We come to you. Provide your full address and any pickup or drop-off notes when booking. Our driver will confirm details before pickup and drop-off. Contactless service is available.

Yes. You can gift a laundry pickup or schedule a pickup for someone else. We'll coordinate pickup and delivery details with the recipient.

Anything that keeps your laundry together works. Garbage bags are preferred because they're easy to label, but you can also use a laundry bag, suitcase, box, or even a tied bedsheet. Your laundry comes back cleaned, neatly folded, and packed in clear bags.

Wash & fold is $1.89 per pound, plus a flat $9.99 round-trip pickup and delivery fee. Your laundry is weighed after pickup for accurate billing.

After your laundry is processed and weighed, we send an invoice by email and SMS with a secure payment link. You can pay using a major credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

We clean items that are safe for a washer and dryer, including everyday clothing, bedding, comforters, towels, bath mats, and more. We do not service items with signs of bedbugs or ticks, designer clothing, dry-clean-only items, or items that require ironing.

We provide wash and fold only. We do not offer ironing, dry cleaning, or individual garment label inspection. If an item needs special handling, such as "do not dry," include that in your booking notes.

Yes. Sorting by darks and lights is part of our standard process. If you prefer a specific sorting method, include it in your booking notes.

We default to cold water washes to help protect your garments, unless you specify otherwise when booking.

If delicate items should not go in the dryer or need special handling, include those instructions in the special instructions field when booking. We'll process them accordingly.

We do our best to treat stains during the wash and fold process, but complete stain removal is not guaranteed. If there's a specific stain, include it in your booking notes.

Each order is handled individually from washing and drying to folding and packaging. Your laundry is returned cleaned, neatly folded, and packed in clear bags.

Yes. Add special instructions when booking, such as hypoallergenic detergent, cold wash, sort preferences, or items that should not go in the dryer.
